Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Care Bears apparel as much as Cheer Bear loves spreading joy; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
